GST and hidden costs: All our prices are GST inclusive. There are no hidden costs. Prices in Austraroma Internet shop are delivery, insurance, and packaging fees inclusive for Australian customers.
Postage and insurance: To insure fast and reliable shipping service we send all parcels by Registered Post and insured for up to AUD 100.00. The final TOTAL price to pay consists of product price + postage costs. Most of the items in Austraroma eBay shop are postage cost inclusive. If you buying the item with postage, stated separately, please note: Postage cost always exceed the Australian Post fee, attached to the parcel, because it also includes the cost of a registered Post stamp (insurance) and padded bag (or shipping box).
When possible, we send the parcel on the same business day (allow 3 business days) upon receipt of payment and email the Registered Post number to the customer immediately after the parcel is sent out. Please note that we are not directly liable for any items that are lost in the post, but if does occur, we will work in conjunction with our customer, and help to investigate/track/find or get a refund from the insurance if any Registered Post item are lost on their journey.
We pay extra attention to packaging. Australian Aboriginal Art OIL BURNERS are wrapped properly in bubble wrap and then packed in individual corrugated carton boxes; essential oils in quantity 1-5 we pack in small bags and then – in an Australia Post Padded bag; essential oils in quantity 6, 12, 18 etc are packed in 6 Bottle storage/shipping cartons. All essential oils are sealed and double checked before shipping.

We like to make your business or aromatherapy experience successful, and offer low risk comfortable systems of payments and delivery to our customers. Payment methods: For retail and small bulk transactions (up to $A 1,000 orders) we only accept PayPal as it is the most comfortable (simply FAST), reliable (Paypal team is an independent intermediate party involved to double check every transaction), and cost effective (no entry and exit Bank fees, and no currency conversion Bank fees ) method for both parties. Store ship-to locations: Worldwide. We ship with confidence to the USA. Sales taxes and hidden costs: There are no additional Australian taxes and no hidden costs in our shipping prices. Customs declaration and Insurance forms processing fees are included in the final Postage and handling fee. The final TOTAL price to pay consists on product price + shipment + insurance costs + packaging and handling fee. However, depending on country, you may be required by your local authorities to pay customs (and other) taxes for some imported items. Postage and insurance: Mostly we ship products via Australia Post www.auspost.com.au as air mail parcel, registered post parcel, Express post, EMS (International express courier). Some essential oils need to be shipped via FedEx www.fedex.com.au Australia national FedEx line at 132 610 (extension 5 for quotes). Please contact us to check the postage cost before bidding, because shipment cost may exceed product cost for international buyers unless you purchase more products and combine shipping cost. Ask us any questions you may have about the best shipping option for your order to your destination.
All international parcels must be insured, and when possible we email the insurance number to the customer immediately after the parcel is send out. Insurance cost $7.50 for the first $100 or part thereof, plus $2 for every additional $100 or part thereof.
Please note that we are not directly liable for any items that get lost in the post, but we will work closely with our customer, and we will help to investigate/track/find or get refund from the insurance if an insured item is lost in postage.
