Majority would agree that new generations are not as healthy as
their parents and grandparents.  Having science & medical
degrees, we believe this happened due to people unknowingly
consuming a lot of chemicals, antibiotics and antibiotic like
substances (preservatives). These destroy our natural body
defenses and make us vulnerable to different diseases. No
wonder that the most common diseases now are immune and
metabolic disorders, digestion problems,
heart diseases, ADHD, etc.  

The skin is the largest organ of the human body and is also an
important part of the immune system; it protects us from
harmful elements in the external environment and hence is an
important defense mechanism. Healthy skin has a protective
outer layer, which contains oil, produced by our skin, and many
good bacteria. This layer is very important for the skin's health
and acts as a permeability barrier, protecting us against
invasion of harmful agents, microorganisms as well as
preventing moisture loss. Unknowingly we destroy our
protective skin layer by using commercial soaps and detergents
and cosmetics with
preservatives. Preservatives are necessary in mass production
to extend the shelf life of products but they are another impact to
human health: they are widely used in commercial cosmetics to
extend the shelf life of the product by killing all bacteria in
cosmetics. They work similar to broad spectrum antibiotics to
prevent cosmetics from contamination but they also destroy our
good bacteria, which is a part of the skin's natural protective
layer.
 Our goal is to create the skin care that contributes to Social
Health. The outcome is traditionally made PRESERVATIVE
FREE skin care. We collect valuable, traditional recipes and
ancient formulas that have been used by our ancestors for
centuries. We have also developed new recipes based on
scientific and traditional evidence. Our cosmetics are freshly
hand made from quality Australian ingredients in small batches
and preserved naturally. They are preserved through
technological processes that allow the product to retain naturally
occurring preservatives. Our cosmetics are mostly based on
Australian macadamia oil, renowned for the non allergenic
nature, unique skin compatibility and antioxidant properties.
Macadamia oil is naturally rich in Palmitoleic acid which is a
building material of healthy skin!  Macadamia oil is rich in natural
vitamin E which is an antioxidant that preserves cosmetics
naturally and also it is a great vitamin for the skin!

Traditional technologies are expensive because they involve a
labour-intensive process that takes up to twelve weeks to
produce (cure) a hard bar of clay mask, exfoliating bar or skin
cleanser without preservatives. We believe it is an expensive but
an ethical way to produce truly natural cosmetics, which
improves the skin and contributes to overall body health.  
Traditionally made natural (BIO) skin care slowly boosts the skin’
s natural defense and anti-ageing systems. The effect is slower
than from synthetic chemicals, but gradually consistent and
stable. Use of BIO body care is a great way to treat yourself and
improve your overall skin and body health.
My ancestors came from Siberia, where traditional
medicine is extremely developed. I inherited my herbal
knowledge and skills from my mother, grand mother
and great grandmother and also studied herbs in Russian
Medical University. Herbal therapy is used in Russia in
conjunction with conventional medicine as a
complimentary treatment for many diseases.
I have learned that the immune system is very fragile, it
may be suppressed by antibiotics within a few days and
may take years to restore.

I completed Medical University in 1992, worked for 3 years
in intensive care unit as a doctor cardiologist, and have
been involved in the research of stress as
the major cause of hypertension and heart attack in
Russia. In 1995 I moved to the new field and became a
part of a creative team and a pioneer in introduction
of aromatherapy in Russian rehabilitation centers and
physiotherapy. Why did we decide to go from herbs to
essential oils? Because essential oils are more
convenient, easy and safer to use  - as they are compact,
have a long shelf life, and there is no need to  brew herbs
or  keep them in  the oven in the
physiotherapy department.
 When we started introducing aromatherapy in Russia, we
focused on it as a prevention of flu, treatment of fungal
infections and stress alleviation. We donated
aromamedallions and essential oils to a few primary
schools and kids were wearing aromamedallions with
eucalyptus, niaouli,  tea tree, and lavender oils
during flu epidemics.   The number of children that got
sick with the flu in these schools reduced dramatically.
Then, we conducted a research task of using
Australian Tea Tree oil for treatment of fungal infection in
gynecological department. Also we offered essential oils
to some rehabilitation centers to be used for
alleviating stress and hence prevention of hypertension
and heart attack  (stress is considered to be a major
cause of high blood pressure and heart attack in
Russia).

As the pioneers, the major problem we experienced that
time was a lack of information about essential oils. This
forced me to extend my qualifications and
obtain manufacturing experience in UK, travel and share
knowledge and skills with the researches and
manufacturers from different countries - UK, France,
Egypt, South America, etc.
 In year 2000 I emigrated from Russia in order to fulfill my
dream of researching Australian essential oils. Why
Australian? Australian essential oils are very
potent, powerful oils, they have enormous antibacterial
and anti-viral properties. This is thought to be due to
something unique in the soil or sun, It is possible
that plants accumulate more energy… I think that
Australian eucalyptus forests create an aromatic essential
oil shield, protecting us from many air-transmitted
sicknesses. Imagine how many diseases we could have
in a hot country like Australia. The warm and wet climate is
a perfect environment for multiplying
bacteria, and there is no cold winter like in Russia to kill
viruses and bacteria by frost. In Australia we have
essential oils in the air instead of winter frost to kill
bacteria.

As an outcome of the 4 year research of Australian
traditions and essential oils, the traditional skin care and
Golden Collection of Australian Essential oils were
introduced. Our Golden Collection includes 12 potent
