The oil is packed in 500mL PET bottles.
PET is medicinal/laboratory grade plastic.
PET is known to be non reactive with
product plastic. Actual amount of oil often
exceeds 500mL because we try to fill the
bottles as full as possible and leave less air
under the cap in order to prevent oxidising
(rancidity) of oil. To prevent leaking during
postage bottles may be additionally sealed
with white sealing tape under cap.
STORAGE
Store under seal protected from direct light
and localised heat source. At temperatures
below approximately 12°C the oil may tend
to cloud, but when warmed, will return to
normal with no effect on its chemical
composition or properties. Macadamia Oil
has a recommended shelf life of two years.
For those who don’t like vegetable oils with
aroma, please note - Australian
macadamia oil, in contrast to Hawaiian
macadamia oil, has a strong nutty aroma.

WHAT IS THE MAIN DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COLD PRESSED AND EXTRA PURIFIED AUSTRALIAN MACADAMIA OILS?
Cold pressed oil is the best choice for aromatherapy, where the nutritional value is a priority, and for those who prefer raw, unprocessed products,
and love or at least don’t mind a strong nutty aroma. Cold pressed macadamia oil has a distinctive nutty aroma, yellow colour, rich taste, high
content of nutrients and antioxidants. Extra purified macadamia oil has no nutty aroma and lower viscosity, and is the oil of choice for people who
don’t like the strong nutty aroma of Australian cold pressed macadamia oil. Extra purified macadamia is a colourless and odourless oil, it is non-
greasy, does not stain clothing or salon linen, and has a low viscosity - very little product is required to achieve high coverage. Extra purified
macadamia oil has less nutritional value. However both oils are very economical, and very beneficial for our skin, also macadamia oil is a healthy
