Select from one of the available fermentation experience and size group. The Fermentation Experience is a great way to learn the health benefit of fermented food and how to make your own. This is a great group experience, and we’ll discuss the properties and ingredients you’ll need.
This 3-hour experience you’ll chop the vegetables, mix the ingredients and pack your own jar to ferment. You’ll be able to take your jar home and watch it ferment over the next few days prior to eating it.
There will be a light snack with an already fermented vegetable for your tasting so you know how it will taste.
